Iberpapel calls off its Annual General Meeting
The Company informed the regulator today that it was postponing its Annual General Meeting until circumstances permit
In light of the health crisis prompted by the coronavirus (Covid-19) and the state of alarm in effect in Spain, the Board of Directors of Iberpapel resolved on 16 March to call off its Annual General Meeting, to which end all of the motions included on the corresponding agenda, including approval of the Company’s dividend from 2019 profits, have been deferred.
The Meeting originally scheduled for 22 April 2020 at first call and 23 April 2020 at second call has thus been postponed until health conditions permit otherwise.
At this time Iberpapel is logically committed to preserving the health and safety of all of its shareholders, employees and partners.
